About Me
I have been highly focused on providing high-end customer service for the last 16 years. I have exercised this quality in the areas of technology, security, and ministry. I have great passion for all things IT, especially to networking and system administration. While I have a firm grasp of many things. I am constantly learning new facets and applying new knowledge. My strong work ethic, knowledge, and passion for success makes me a valuable member to your team.
My Work Experience
I work at a managed service provider (MSP) as an IT Technician serving our various clients with their many IT needs. Our clients line of businesses range from a refinery (production and commercial areas), law firms, police departments, property management, sports facilities, among others.
I assist our great clients by providing IT support for any computer issues, troubleshooting network connectivity, device configuration, and provisioning and deployment of devices, network configuration, network connectivity, server maintenance, software download, Life Cycle Management. Heavy use in active directory creating/removing users and providing users server access. I also voluteer my expertise to my local church helping them with their network configuration and security.
Previously before working in tech, I worked for a high end executive protection company for 5 years and have received multiple promotions up to Senior Team Leader. In this position I was required to interact with high profile individuals and executives providing the best of services.
Previously I was involved in ministry for 6 years working with adults, students, and families highlighting further my experience providing customer service goal to achieve customer satisfaction.
My Education
My study efforts focus on Microsoft Azure and networking. Recently, I passed the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA 200-301) which was in focused self-study while working at Fox Technology and Solutions. I greatly enjoyed the material the CCNA covers. I have also completed the CompTIA Security+ (SYO 601) which was completed in private study as well. I spend about 20 hours a week outside of work studying and labbing for continuous growth and harnessing my skill to greatly accelerate my overall skill set in Information Technology.
I completed an IT course titled Course Careers IT Professional (2023), taught by Josh Madakor which was a well-balanced course covering foundation topics in IT Help Desk.
Additionally I have completed a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern College in Religion (2010) and also a Masters of Divinity from the Master's Seminary in Sun Valley (2015).

My Hobbies
Outside of work (and when I’m not studying), I frequently visit the gym and I am well involved in my church with small groups. I also volunteer at church in the sound booth for audio Additionally, I help my church configure and advise about IT related aspects or their infrastructure.
