Client Praise!!! (Posted May 18, 2024)

The point of contact for our biggest client praised myself and my coworker for the customer service that we provide to them and to the other clients of Fox Technology. This specific client we have an agreement that one of our technicians will be on site 4 days a week. Therefore, we will be assisting users on site (commercial and industrial setting) for their requests, but in addition we answer calls from our other clients helping them remotely. She will overhear conversations that we have helping our users and of course she personally receives help from us directly when she needs it as well.

She mentioned the value of our customer service that we provide, and she wishes she could receive our level of customer service for other areas of her life. She provided an example of her experience purchasing a Samsung fridge, and the whole process with the purchase, delivery, and installation was very frustrating for her (I do not have all the specifics as to where she purchased it or the installation company). She wished that the quality of service that Fox Tech provides would have been the quality of customer service that she received during that process of purchasing a fridge.

I always like hearing clients complementing our efforts to provide quality customer service. We certainly enjoy helping people solve their problems and overcome hurdles so that can be free to complete their tasks as unhindered as possible.
